FSM Historic Preservation Program

PALIKIR, Pohnpei (FSM Information Service): September 30,
1997
– FSM President Jacob Nena, on September 26, 1997,
transmitted to Congress Speaker Jack Fritz, for Congress’ review and
approval, a copy of the FY 1997 grant application for the FSM
Historic Preservation program.

The purpose of the Historic Preservation program is to protect and
preserve the historic sites and monuments in the FSM through
implementation of requested programs in all FSM States.

Any question regarding the application or other aspect of FSM
Historic Preservation program can be obtained from the Office of
Administrative Services (OAS).
