 Mi-Care opens enrollment for JulyPalikir, POHNPEI (Mi-CARE/FSM Information Service): June 30, 2006 – MiCare, formerly known as the FSM Health Insurance Plan, announces that from July 1-30, the Administration will be accepting applications for new enrollments or changes to existing plans.
