Micronesia President H.E. David W. Panuelo addresses by a recorded statement an event at the COP26 in Glasgow on the Glasgow Declaration: a Commitment to A Decade of Climate Action on Tourism.
 
Thank you Mr. President for a powerful statement and for ensuring that the FSM continues to be present in Glasgow, albeit virtual. Your message on the importance of tourism and to stand with other organizations and countries and with tourism as the driver of economic recovery during this pandemic rings loud and clear in the room. Without addressing climate change now will not benefit our people.
