Pohnpei Water Quality Monitoring May Get Small Grant

PALIKIR, Pohnpei (FSM Information Service): November 19,
1997
– FSM President Jacob Nena, on November 6, 1997, advised
Governor of the State of Pohnpei Pangelinan that Pohnpei State
Community Based Water Quality Monitoring may be a potential candidate
for the Small Grant Scheme funding which is being assessed by the
small grant scheme committee.

The information was relayed to the FSM Department of External
Affairs by the South Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP).

Nena said he will advise Pangelinan the decision of the committee
when it become available.
