Figir has called for the Eight Special Session of the 15th Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia to convene tomorrow, May 8 2009, at 10 am in Palikir. The Special Session is called for one day only to discuss recent developments on certain Congressional Acts that were passed during the last Special Session in March. While the session is for one day only, it is anticipated that it would be a split session with half in the morning with the final half in the afternoon. According to the Chief Clerk Liwiana R.
