Designation of Sub-Allottee of Funds Allotted to FSM President

PALIKIR, Pohnpei (FSM Information Service): April 22, 1997
– Acting President Jacob Nena in in two separate letters to the FSM
Director of Budget on March 20, 1997, designated the FSM National
Planner and the FSM Public Auditor as sub-allottees and authorized
allotments to the named officers.

The National Planner has been designated sub-allottee of funds
appropriated under Public Law No. 9-100, for public projects in
Election District No. 3, consisting of municipalities of Mwokilloa,
Pingelap, U and Nett, for the following projects: $80,000 for
Nansoumwuhm Road Development; $76,000 for Otohi Road Pavement and
$100,000 for Lukohk Road Development.

The FSM Public Auditor was designated sub-allottee of a $10,000
appropriated under section 13 of Public Law No. 9-096, for staff
development program under the Compact Capital Account.

The responsible officers are expected to take appropriate steps to
implement projects under their responsibility.
