Caldwell and Yoma Designated ActingPALIKIR, Pohnpei (FSM Information Service): March 6, 1997 – Acting President Jacob Nena designated Attorney Richard Caldwell Acting Attorney General until the return of Attorney General Camillo Noket on March 9, 1997. In another February 28, 1997 memorandum to all departments, office and agency heads, Nena designated Administrator of the Division of Preventive Health, Sizue G. Yoma, as Acting Secretary of Health until Secretary Eliuel K. Pretrick returns on or about March 10, 1997. In both memoranda, Nena asked for usual cooperation of all concerned to Caldwell and Yoma.
