Clarification Regarding Addressee Format to Use When Receiving Mail From International Locations

Palikir, Pohnpei (FSM Information Services): June 9, 2010 – In light of a number of complaints received by the FSM Postal Services (FSMPS) from customers who are having problems receiving mail from international locations, the Postmaster General of FSMPS would like to share with the general public clarifications received from United States Postal Service. Any person or commercial business sending mail to the FSM from a country other than the USA or other Freely Associated States, must use the following format for the FSM Addressee:
