HESA/UNDP hosts conference on Millennium Development GoalsPalikir, POHNPEI (FSM Information Service): June 26, 2007 – The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Department of Health Education and Social Affairs jointly hosted a Sub-regional Millennium Development Goal (MDG) Conference in Pohnpei from June 26 -29, 2007. The conference Conference aims for the Northern Pacific Countries, which includes the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of Belau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and Kiribati. In this workshop, the northern pacific nations will focus on integrating the MDG into their national planning and budget frameworks, The Pacific Missionary Aviation (PMA) Auditorium has been selected as the venue for this Conference.
