New national scholarship board named
New national scholarship board namedPOHNPEI, Palikir (FSM Information Service): April 2000 – Micronesian President Leo A. Falcam has appointed four new members to the Federated States of Micronesia National Scholarship Board. Dr. Winston Likiaksa, Emeliana J. Musrasrik, Jesse Sidney, and Alex Tretnoff will replace Tony Otto, Damien Sohl, Eden Skilling, and John Mangefel when the Board meets April 19 at 4 p.m. at the FSM Department of Health, Education and Social Affairs Conference Room, according to the President’s Office. Kikiaksa works at the Pohnpei State Department of Health Services; Sidney, at the FSM Department of Health, Education, and Social Affairs; Musrasrik, at the law offices of Andrea Hillyer; and Tretnoff works for Caroline Islands Aviation. Editor’s Note: A misspelling occurred on this press release sent a little while ago. Dr. Winston Likiaksa’s name was misspelled. This has been corrected on this release.
