PL 9-133, Appropriation of $500,000PALIKIR, Pohnpei (FSM Information Service): March 3, 1997 – Acting President Jacob Nena signed Congressional Act No. 9-135, designating it Public Law No. 9-133, which appropriated a total sum of $500,000 from the FSM General Fund for fiscal year ending September 30, 1997. The amount apportioned as follows: $100,000 for operations of the marine surveillance in the FSM Attorney General’s office; $250,000 for FSM Games activities and operations in Kosrae; and $150,000 for transportation of athletes to and from Kosrae for the Games.
