Signing Ceremony on the Minutes of Discussions on the Implementation Review Study on the Project for Improvement of Pohnpei International Airport in the FSMPalikir, Pohnpei (FSM Information Services): February 6, 2009 – Palikir, Pohnpei (Department of Foreign Affairs): January 30, 2009- A signing ceremony took place at the FSM Department of Foreign Affairs between the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, the Honorable Lorin Robert, Secretary of the Department of Transportation, Communications and Infrastructure, the Honorable Francis Itimai, General Manager of Pohnpei Port Authority, Mr. Ieske Iehsi and Leader of the Draft Report Explanation Team, Mr. Shinichi Hamada on the Minutes of Discussions on the Implementation Review Study on the Project for Improvement of Pohnpei International Airport in the FSM The agreed minutes of discussions include coordinating and scheduling of this project with the FAA funded Pohnpei runway rehabilitation project and confidentiality clause.
