Ioanis Designated Acting Secretary of Resources and Development in Absence of Secretary AnefalPALIKIR, Pohnpei (FSM Information Service): March 3, 1997 – FSM Acting President Jacob Nena has designated Registrar of Corporation Bellarmine Ioanis as Acting Secretary of the Department of Resources and Development in the absence of Secretary Sebastian Anefal, who has been off island beginning February 27, until March 7, 1997. Nena requested cooperation of all concerned in his February 25, 1997 letter of designation which was addressed to department, offices and activity heads of the FSM National Government.
