– FSM President Jacob Nena, on September 30, 1997, designated the
Administrator for the Division of Accounting, Department of Finance,
as Acting Secretary, beginning on October 1st, until the return of
Secretary Ehsa on or about October 10, 1997.

Secretary Ehsa is attending a meeting in Honolulu of State Finance
Directors and Money Managers who are managing the FSM National and
State Government portfolios.
