Mi-Care opens enrollment for JulyPalikir, POHNPEI (Mi-CARE/FSM Information Service): June 30, 2006 – MiCare, formerly known as the FSM Health Insurance Plan, announces that from July 1-30, the Administration will be accepting applications for new enrollments or changes to existing plans. The Administration announces that new enrollments and changes elected during July’s open season will become effective October 1 2006.
